Finding Joy In Everyday Moments

Why is it so easy to make a list of things that don't go our way, people who have offended us, and obstacles that seem insurmountable? Some of us like to brag about how rough we've got it almost as if it's a contest to see whose life is the most miserable.

It's just as easy to note of all the simple pleasures we encounter each day. We just need to train our minds to look for them, and then we'll discover they are all around us.
